A very nice hotel, clean, comfortable and well-decorated rooms, the staff are very professional and very pleasant.

We booked a room for four people for one night in two separate rooms. We called the hotel directly before booking to get some information. We spoke to a man on the phone who told us that the hotel only had two Privilege rooms available (no more Comfort rooms). There were still suites available, at a higher price. So we booked the two rooms for the evening of January 8, 2026. And surprise: the next morning, there was an offer on Voyage Privé including rooms, breakfast, and dinner at a better price. So there weren't only two rooms available, and the person we spoke to on the phone lied to us. We pointed this out at reception upon arrival. A certain Michael lied to us straight to our faces and treated us like complete fools, claiming he didn't know that rooms were given away to Voyage Privé. Having worked with booking platforms like Voyage Privé/Booking.com, etc., I know how they operate. We finally checked into our room. At reception, we were told we couldn't park in front of the hotel and had to use the parking lot 50 meters from the entrance, which we did, as the receptionist said parking was included with the room. It's worth noting that she never mentioned the price. But to our surprise, the next day we had to pay €22 per car for parking because it wasn't actually included – a second instance of dishonesty. Regarding the spa: the sports/yoga services were good, with several different hammams and saunas, but the jacuzzi was more like a large bathtub than anything else. The rooms are spacious, the bed comfortable, and the balcony pleasant. The furniture was poorly maintained: the bathtub and bedside table were damaged, with several dents. Fortunately, dinner at the restaurant was very good: well-presented and tasty dishes, and breakfast was plentiful. Finally, we had a fire alarm go off around 11:00 PM. Fortunately, it was a false alarm. The problem was that we were in rooms at the end of the corridor. We barely heard the alarm, and my parents, who were in the room at the end of the corridor, didn't hear it at all. I had to go and knock on their door to get them to come out. There were also very few people in the corridors. I think the sound wasn't loud enough, and few people heard it. This is a serious safety issue for guests and could end tragically in the event of a real fire. In short, this hotel needs to review its customer service and security. The restaurant was a plus. The hotel's location is excellent, in the old town of Aix-en-Provence.

We had a wonderful time at the spa and brunch. The spa is fantastic: calm, soothing, and very pleasant. Several areas allow you to move around freely without ever feeling crowded. The pool, gym… everything is designed for relaxation. Special mention goes to the heated loungers, absolutely perfect for those who get cold easily 😊 And what can I say about the brunch… simply incredible 🤩 The staff is incredibly attentive and caring, and the quality of the products is impeccable: fresh, varied, and delicious. If you're still hesitating, don't hesitate any longer: you'll have a truly relaxing experience in peace and tranquility. I highly recommend it and will definitely go back as soon as I can!
