We stayed at this hotel in December 2025 for 7 nights. The photos and description are enticing, but... There's construction going on next to the hotel. It's very noisy, which interferes with beach time. The rooms are average, and you can hear everything—people talking and children crying/screaming in other rooms (on the sides and upstairs), especially in the room next door. The room is connected by a door (!?) to another room. A room facing the street is a nightmare, as the hotel is located on a street with a roundabout. Cars/motorcycles/buses slow down and speed up. You can't sleep well until around 3 a.m. until around 6 a.m. A peaceful night's sleep is impossible. The bathroom exhaust fan is clogged. The pillows are high, the mattress comfortable. The air conditioning smells slightly strange; it might need to be cleaned. The chairs and table have no foot protection, and when moved, they're very loud, which is irritating. The indoor pool was cold and dirty. The gym is large, the equipment is slightly worn, but fully usable. Breakfast is average, but there's a selection. The dining room staff is very friendly and helpful, and always smiling. The spa towel policy is very strange. Towels must be returned to the spa by 7:00 PM, otherwise, there's a €15 fine per towel. Can't you return them to the front desk? The hotel has great potential, but it feels like its best days are behind it. When I tried to change to a room with a street view, I was met with help from the receptionist, but the manager was not very helpful (I encourage you to spend at least one night in that room). I didn't get much rest. I definitely won't be returning to this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel in December. It was a very nice, atmospheric hotel. Delicious breakfasts and exquisite dinners. The staff was polite and friendly. We thank all the hotel staff.
