Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a disappointment on many levels. The location alone was a disappointment—the hotel is far from the city, practically in the middle of nowhere, making any sightseeing or spontaneous outings difficult. The hotel does offer a shuttle bus, but only a few times a day and only for 10 people. Furthermore, the requirement to book in advance often means it's impossible to use it because the list is already full. The rooms seem spacious at first glance, but the condition of the bathrooms leaves much to be desired. Mold on the walls, cracked tiles, limescale on the shower faucet, causing the water to barely flow—these are not the standards you'd expect in a hotel of this caliber, and supposedly a 4-star hotel. How on earth? Another huge drawback is the food. Monotonous, practically the same every day, and served in a way that's hardly appetizing. The quality of the food also leaves much to be desired. The most shocking "dish" was a shrimp salad... cut right up to the eyeballs. This is absolutely unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of culinary standards. Also noteworthy is the outrageous behavior of one of the waiters, whose attitude was arrogant and unprofessional. In a hotel of this caliber, the staff should know the importance of decorum and respect for guests. Every evening at dinner, other guests drank heavily and played loud music, which, combined with all this, further spoiled the atmosphere. The attached photos only confirm how unappetizing the food was. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. This place needs a complete overhaul—in terms of service, cleanliness, and food quality!
