The reception did not smile even once. Told us to give all our IDs for registration. He scanned a copy of them. Then he told us of some hidden charges. A deposit of SGD100 is to be paid. Will only be returned upon checking out after he is satisfied with the condition of the room. All of this was spoken in a manner like as if we were his employees. The room was quite dusty. I had to wipe the floor using wet tissues. The clothes rack was under the stairs, which was another place where the housekeeping did not clean. There was also a large milk stain or something. Apparently, the previous guests consumed their meals or snacks there. To get to the bed, you need to climb some steps. The first step was not sturdy. It depressed when a small child stepped on it. The bathroom, however, was clean. Shower has hot water and the ventilation fan works. Only shower gel amd shampoo were provided. No toothbrush or toothpaste. The sink cabinet door was detached from its hinges. Both hinges were rusty. It shows that this happened a long time ago and the management ignored it. Only 4 towels were provided for a room with bedding enough for 5 occupants. In the common area, there were washers and dryers for laundry. SGD 8 per use each. Usage of the PC in the room and all PCs in the common area are SGD 4 per hour each. There is a dispenser for hot and cold water and a sink to wash your hands and utensils. There are tables and chairs for you to sit and have meals or chill out. I do not recommend the common area for families with kids. Some men tend chill out bare bodied. This is more a backpackers hostel than a hotel. The shared toilets reek amonia. There are staff on duty but they do not clean the toilets all the time. Location is superb. 30 meters from MRT. Food is within arm's length. Just need to explore.

The lack of cleanliness is unsavory! We left our headphones in our suitcase the day before and my girlfriend discovered they were missing when she returned the next day! This is unacceptable for opening customers' suitcases! Ladies, be extra cautious! This hotel may be nice, but the cleanliness is unsavory!

Last year service was nice and the bathroom was clean, today I checked in again and was disappointed by they service and the bathroom was flooded and have no shampoo nor shower gels, and the bathroom have very bad ordor, at night was noisy like someone keep slamming the door, Fair to say I won't be staying there anytime in the futures.
