I was having a long journey from asia, just arrivved on the march 8 2026 first the check in smooth and i carry two big lunggange to the room number 543 and expect to rest as soon as possible and my wive having problem with the tummi. Guess what we tried to open the door but it did not work so i go down to the reception and i asked why. Turn out they gave a wrong key and not even said sorry about it. It really dissaponted with the service and the room already outdated but the location is perfect. HOPE THE MARRIOT MUSt teached a good manner for a staff.Rudy Gomedi room 458

I stayed at Yerevan Marriott Hotel and had a generally good experience. The location is definitely its strongest asset right in the city center, with easy access to major attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean, although they feel slightly dated compared to the rest of the hotel. Still, the quality of service and the unbeatable location largely make up for that. Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone looking for comfort, good service, and a central base to explore Yerevan.

When after the booking I saw feedback and ratings, I thought to change the hotel and I’m so happy that I didn’t do it. The hotel is wonderful. Price quality is decent. Food in the salon (breakfast and dinner) is delicious and always different. Service is personalised and attentive. Special thank you to Moris and Varduhi for the attention they provided to kids. All the facilities are there. You can change money downstairs. Location is excellent. Housekeeping makes great job, cleaning is proper and timely. Do not disturb is always respected. Water is always provided, etc. We’ve been on the 7th floor, the condition of rooms is correct. Bed is comfortable, rooms are spacious. Bémols: make smth with the speed of room service. Food for kinds (like simple pasta) should not take 1 hour. In any hotel of the world kids menu comes fast and first. The same long waiting time was for the soup for kids downstairs in the restaurant. More that 40 minutes. This should be absolutely improved. Kids can’t wait when they are hungry and it is difficult to anticipate it. Overall, if needed to go again, would be no hesitation, I will come back to this hotel which deserves much better ratings. Thank you.
