The Armon Greenblu Hotel in Folgarida is overall a beautiful, modern, and well-maintained property, but unfortunately our experience wasn't entirely positive. The spa, aside from a free one-hour sauna session, only offers access to the pool, which is supposed to be heated but was actually practically freezing. After a full day on the snow, stepping into a cold pool is not at all pleasant and spoils the expected relaxation. Furthermore, we were assigned a room with a disabled bathroom, which we hadn't requested. The shower head in the disabled toilet was unusable: as soon as we turned it on, it sprayed water everywhere, flooding the bathroom and anyone using it. The shower also had problems: when the water was set to hot, the flow was extremely slow, practically dripping, and since there was no enclosed cubicle, we were freezing to death. It's a shame, because the property has potential, but these inconveniences significantly impacted the comfort of our stay. With a little more attention, it could definitely improve.
