The service and location are excellent. The bed and pillow are super comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay. Overall, the room is spacious. My only problem was the bathroom, which is tiny, and the noise—you can hear absolutely everything from the rooms next door.

The experience at this hotel was not what my family and I expected. Upon arrival, everything was fine; the room was very comfortable, clean, and had plenty of amenities. I'd give the room 5 stars. The problem was that it had adjoining doors to the other rooms, and the noise was terrible—you could hear everything, even farts. For people who come home from a busy day and want to sleep peacefully, it was a real shame, especially if you have noisy neighbors. To top it all off, the bed frames creaked more than my dad's old '68 Ford pickup truck. It was awful every time you moved, and you simply couldn't get any sleep. But the worst part wasn't just that. Upon arrival, they ask you to leave a $1000 peso deposit for items left in the room and any damage you might cause (which is somewhat understandable in these types of hotels). What's unacceptable is that when you check out, they tell you they're going to deduct a certain amount from the deposit for items you didn't use. Be careful with this, because they take advantage of people, and maybe it's not them but their cleaning staff stealing those items and reporting that guests are doing it (pay attention, owners, check what your staff is doing). And if they're doing it intentionally, well, that's a shame on you. By the way, they haven't refunded the deposit to my card. They said it would be returned within 24 hours, and that time has passed. I'll wait until tomorrow; otherwise, I'm going to call them to demand it as soon as possible. If there's no response, there will be a lot of bad reviews on all social media. I hope it won't be necessary. It's not the amount, it's the fact that they didn't do it. They're in a really good area, but their service should be more professional. I usually stay in reputable hotels, and now, trying to save money, I'm having this bad experience. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I hope they'll issue a refund and improve these issues.

Nice large suite with very comfortable bed. In a more quiet street. Downside: barthroom ridiculously tiny and gym is not really a gym with 2 machines
