During our four-day stay, the experience was very positive. It's a simple, somewhat dated hotel, but it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: towels, shower gel, a refrigerator, a kettle, and a private sink in the room with hot water. We stayed in a triple room with a shared bathroom. Both the bathroom and shower were always very clean and, moreover, they were separate, so we never crossed paths with other guests. Although I initially had some doubts due to certain reviews I had read, our experience was completely different. It's an ideal option if you're looking for a quiet place to rest after exploring the city. The staff was always very friendly and attentive. The room had carpeting, which is common in London; in our case, we wore flip-flops so we wouldn't walk directly on it, and it wasn't a problem at all. Breakfast was included in the price. Although basic, it was enough to start the day with energy. The only downside was the stairs: we were on the top floor, and after returning tired from sightseeing, the stairs were a bit of a climb. The hot water pressure in the communal showers was a little low, but the water was very hot, which was much appreciated. Furthermore, the location is perfect for using public transport, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. Overall, a very satisfactory stay.

Dirty cramped room carpet was so dirty we had to put towels down to walk on it. Shared shower was filthy only there one night thank goodness. Avoid like the plague!!
