Pro's: - Very central location. - Parking on-site. - Facilities and rooms were mostly clean (except one stain on the sheets). - Friendly and helpful staff. - Comfortable mattresses. Con's: - Stain on the sheets but overall clean facilities. - No discounts offered in the parking lot for hotel guests. - Elevator takes forever to go from the parking entrance to the hotel. - Rooms are very basic but still better than the pictures somehow. - Thin walls, you can hear the neighbors and the common area. - Hotel situated on a busy road that can be a bit loud but the windows are quite good. - The pillows are not very nice to sleep on as they don't give much neck support. - Limited power outlets in the room. Overall, a good value hotel, there are many con's but reasonable for the price.

OK for 2-3 nights. The hotel is on one floor only. It has a parking garage. There's a REWE supermarket right in the building. Plenty of bakeries and ATMs nearby. It's centrally located. There was only one power outlet in the room. Very clean. Large kitchen for guest use. Small pool table. Service was OK. Be aware that during Carnival, Cologne is in a state of emergency and everything is cordoned off. Shopping options are also very limited. At REWE, for example, only the beverage section was open.

My husband booked a room yesterday for our trip in March. He chose the "non-refundable" room and made a mistake when selecting the date (he put February instead of March), which he only realized after paying for the reservation and receiving the confirmation email. He wrote to them immediately. THE HOTEL ABSOLUTELY REFUSED TO CHANGE THE DATE. We never asked for a refund, only a DATE CHANGE. They refused repeatedly without explanation. I consider this to be COMMERCIAL ABUSE. A CHEAP attitude. Nobody expects a refund. But a typo cost us 220 euros. Unacceptable. A SHAME. Writing to Booking.com Customer Service was useless.
