The hotel has a very strategic location, close to Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal and several malls. My husband and I enjoyed strolling around the neighbourhood to explore the local street food. The hotel room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean and well-equipped with a bidet. The breakfast spread was satisfying—neither too limited nor excessive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, Artotel is a good option to consider for your next trip.

1. When I checked in, I had clearly booked three rooms, but the front desk was only able to find two rooms in the system and initially gave us just two rooms. It was only after we insisted and showed them the order ID that they finally acknowledged the booking and provided the third room. 2.We went out for breakfast and came back to pack and prepare for check-out at around 11:20am. However, we found that we couldn’t enter the rooms. We booked 3 rooms, and 2 of them could not be opened. We went to the lobby to ask, and were told it was a key card (chip) issue. They reissued new cards to us, but when we went back to the rooms, we still couldn’t open the doors. We had to go down again to get it fixed. This completely wasted our time. This is a agoda 9-star hotel—is this really the level of service being provided?
