Arum Barut Collection - Ultra All Inclusive

The hotel is very good. The staff is extremely attentive and polite. The managers are also very noticeable. Everyone is clearly trained in hotel management, as they should be. You really feel like you're in a quality place. The majority of the guests are older foreign tourists, so it's a perfect place to unwind. The absence of screaming children running around was a bonus for us. The hotel's common areas are spotlessly clean. Rooms are cleaned daily. The cleaning staff is also very polite and friendly. The food is truly high-quality, and there are plenty of options. It was a relaxing holiday, just what we wanted. Let's also touch on some small areas where the hotel could improve. There aren't many, anyway; everything was great. :) - The food is made with high-quality ingredients, that's clear. There's ample variety. However, we noticed that during our November stay, everything was a little overcooked, without exception. The su borek was soggy, the delicious entrecôte was Michelin-starred, or even Continental-quality, and the meatballs were dry. The delicious octopus, calamari, meatballs, leg of lamb, and many other dishes were overcooked, drying out and losing their flavor. The chef could use a little more attention. - Although the rooms are cleaned daily, by the end of our fifth day, we accidentally spilled drinking water on the floor and had to wipe it up with our bath towel. The towel was completely black. 😅 The mops themselves and/or the mopping system could be rethought. - They make great coffee at the lobby bar. Even the Nespresso in the rooms is very good. But the coffee machines in the restaurant are pretty bad. The Nespresso in the room produces coffee of a much higher quality than the machines in the main restaurant.

We chose the Arum Barut Collection hotel for our November mid-term break, and at the end of our holiday, we realized once again how right a decision we had made. Upon arrival, Ms. Çağla greeted us with a smiling face and pleasant conversation. From the very beginning, we knew our holiday would be a pleasant one. Later, Mr. Murat, in customer relations, continued to assist us with all his sincerity. We would like to thank both Ms. Çağla and Mr. Murat once again. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff provided us with a friendly service. Hygiene in the rooms and common areas (pools, Turkish bath, restaurants, etc.) is meticulously maintained. We can't say enough about the quality, variety, and delicious food and beverages. We had the chance to meet the chef, Mr. Murat, and thank him and his team for the wonderful meals they served. Let's thank you once again. Despite it being the end of the season, all the events (entertainment and activities) were still going on. We wholeheartedly recommend Arum Barut Collection to everyone. We hope to see you again soon. We look forward to staying again.
