A top-notch place, the premium room in the upper right corner has an exceptional view, and the food is also very good, the breakfast is excellent, and having a caipirinha by the water – what more could you ask for?!

The hotel is located outside the city, in a beautiful green setting. The surroundings are magnificent, and everything could be perfect… but unfortunately, the establishment is very outdated. The room completely lacks charm and amenities: hot water is only available half the time, the power outlet is out of order, and the air conditioning is temperamental. The staff is also unwelcoming, and no services are included, not even a bottle of water. Transportation between the hotel and Abraão is charged extra and takes place on a dilapidated, rather unsafe boat. All this for an exorbitant price (R$1858 per night), absolutely unjustified given the services offered. Very disappointing.

The location of this hotel is simply spectacular. Nestled at the foot of the mountains with breathtaking views of the ocean, the setting is absolutely stunning. Waking up to such a panorama is truly a privilege, and without a doubt, this is the hotel’s only strong point. Unfortunately, everything else falls far short. For an average rate of over €275 per night, you expect at least a basic level of service — which is absolutely not the case here. The services are practically nonexistent, and the overall organization is seriously lacking. In Brazil, where temperatures are high, the drinking water supply was not working, which is simply unacceptable. The outdoor showers, had a strong sewage smell. In the room, several electrical outlets were not working, which was particularly inconvenient. Housekeeping clearly left much to be desired, with an overall feeling of neglect. The sheets were not changed for four days, even though the hotel states they are changed every three days. The rooms are very basic, poorly maintained, with unattractive linens and a generally disappointing level of finish. Breakfast was also very disappointing: limited selection, poor quality, and absolutely not in line with the price charged. In summary: an exceptional setting, but a level of service completely unworthy of the price. It is extremely disappointing to pay such a high rate for such poor standards. We do not recommend this hotel despite the beauty of the location.
