ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC This place needs to be shut down asap. As a rough sleeper I had saved some money to treat myself to nice room in a hotel. The room i stayed in was absolutely trashed, the tv smashed the hair dryer ripped of the wall, the blind on the window to the corridor ripped off so no privacy, and many other things i haven't time to list. I advised Matt the owner manager however he did nothing. I handed the key back the next morning after Matt had entered my room without permission to start fixing the items. This was too late as I had already spent the night in an uninhabitable room. I had left my 3 suitcases full of all my belongings with mat ( who has all of my details)over $20,000 to put together enough money to stay another night. I had checked out, he had my belongings. I felt disgusting the way he had treated me and decided to not return until i could face him. On returning to get my suitcases he advised they were thrown out. These items were family air looms as well. Matt, I gave you the chance to return these with a timeframe however its now not about the items its about the principle. The AHA, ACCC, Ombudsmen, OFT and many other departments should be aware of this. I am also aware of Mat playing both sides as I had steyed their previously and i notice things. I hope to see this organisation shut down soon.
