The only positive aspects of this apartment, for a four-person stay in Barcelona, were its location and ease of travel. We chose a solution with two bathrooms, but one was so small we couldn't even close the door. We also had problems with the hot water: boiling hot for the first minute, so much so that it was scalding, then freezing cold. We took cold showers continuously and constantly reported the problem. We reported the problem immediately, but the technicians didn't show up on the first day. At this point, we were offered a night's stay or, alternatively, a shower in an apartment even smaller than ours. The solution didn't cover all the nights of our stay, but only one, without considering the inconvenience it caused. The next day, technicians came, and we noticed them because of the stains they left everywhere and because we found them in the stairwell (no one had warned us), but they obviously didn't solve anything. After endless reminders, they sent a technician, who seemed to have solved the problem, but the problem was clearly more serious. We took continuous cold showers, suffering the inconvenience of our vacation. I don't think it's professional to let ourselves deal with technical problems and inconveniences without finding a solution: this was our vacation. Furthermore, we were not offered accommodation for the remaining nights, nor payment for a different accommodation, nor a refund. We are disappointed, bitter, and found the whole thing unprofessional. The apartment itself is nice, well-furnished, but it has terrible heating, a noisy entrance, and few basic amenities. The beds were fortunately comfortable. Pros: coffee maker, stove, dishwasher.

We stayed here for several nights to explore Barcelona and really enjoyed it. The apartment's decor makes you feel right at home. There's a welcome pack with laundry and dishwasher tablets, which is very helpful. The apartment is spacious and has two bathrooms. The balcony is also ideal. It's centrally located, with good restaurants and bakeries nearby.
