The location is what you pay for. It’s a really creepy suite (we stayed lower level) The windows open right up so don’t forget to lock them or someone can easily come right into your suite! I added a video of them..The shower goes hot/cold and no water pressure when others use their water. Wifi is horrible and just wouldn’t work in the bedroom. The mystery soap bottle on the floor of the shower was extra creepy points.

Excellent location, close (two blocks) to Paddington Underground station which connects to everywhere in London and the surrounding area. Good sized rooms, with space to store luggage and clothes. The only problem is that there is no air conditioning, and we went on a summer day. There are fans in the room and if you ask at reception they will get more. Clean towels, clean bed linen, clean bathroom, good kitchenette. The reception staff are very attentive, especially Alejandro, who was very attentive and friendly. There is no breakfast, but since there is a kitchen it's fine and there are several places nearby for a good breakfast and meals. A plus is that besides being close to the Underground station, they store your luggage if you need it. So you just check out and leave your luggage to go sightseeing before heading to the airport or another location. It really only lacked air conditioning. I would return in the winter.
