Stayed here twice with husband and later with family . Breakfast has good with numerous healthy options . Staff is highly efficient ,courteous and honest . Complimentary tuktuk was v helpful . May Yeshua bless your team abundantly .

DO NOT STAY HERE. This Hotel Should Be Ashamed. Poor Service and Unacceptable Staff Behavior I would have not even given a single star If i had the option of giving zero star. My parents experience at Aspen Suites, Bangkok, has been nothing short of pathetic. We trusted this property for their stay, but the hotel has shown complete disregard for its guests. The television in their room was not working. When they called for assistance, the technician who arrived was unable to fix the issue and, even worse, behaved extremely rudely toward my parents. Instead of resolving the problem or apologizing, his attitude made the situation uncomfortable and upsetting. Seeking help, my parents then contacted the reception desk, expecting at least basic courtesy and support. Unfortunately, the staff member at reception was equally rude and unprofessional, and even went as far as humiliating them, which is completely unacceptable - especially toward elderly guests. The hotel showed no empathy, does not have a customer-care mindset and clearly does not value its customers.
