First of all... Koreans, never stay here. The staff are incredibly friendly. The only downside isn't the staff's fault. It's solely the room's condition. 1. I suddenly woke up at 4 a.m. There was a noise and smoke coming out of the outlet. Luckily, I was awake. Otherwise, I would have died or been burned. This is ruining the rest of my trip. The transformer and charger were both burned out, making them unusable. A sudden, salty soy sauce-like smell came out. They said it was caused by something burning inside. Anyway... The room condition is poor. If you care about hygiene, you should never stay here. And the quiet surroundings are understandable. It's further from the city center than you'd think. Oh, and there are about six dogs around, so don't walk. Don't run. Call a bike or a car. If you absolutely must, don't stay here.

Careful of mould. I checked into my room and it reeked of mould. Both my pillows had black mould on them, and when I brought the pillows to the front desk they told me that it happens, and that they find it hard to fully dry their bed linen. I had to buy my own pillow - which they didn’t reimburse me for. The staff are friendly, but they don’t understand the health risks of mould. Nor do they feel like they understand how to run it. It sucks because they seem like a sweet group of people. I won’t be coming back.

Very quiet location, yet very close to the hustle and bustle of Ubud. Nice rooms. The manager is very kind. It's easy to rent a scooter very cheaply; the money you pay for the scooter goes towards the manager's children's education.
