Avoid at all costs! What can I say about this hotel, and where do I even begin? Location: close to the airport, the only plus. Reception: a receptionist with no smile whatsoever upon our arrival, as if the room were free. Check-in was at 2 PM, but at 2:10 PM the cleaning lady had just finished cleaning our room, and what a result… Room: we were supposed to have a room with a sea view, which is true if you like standing on tiptoe. The icing on the cake: our room was located in the back courtyard with a lovely view of the parking lot and right behind the security guard's booth. This hotel is as dishonest as they come. Cleanliness: I won't even go there. Dirty, the floor hadn't been cleaned in ages, the shower wasn't clean, the amenities were basic, and there wasn't even a clothesline. If the cleaning lady asks you to change the towels, say yes, because otherwise, not only will she not change them—which isn't shocking from an environmental standpoint—but she also won't clean the room or make the bed. In short, it's shameful. We booked two nights with breakfast, and since our departure was at 6:00 AM, they obviously didn't offer us breakfast or snacks to go. On top of that, they charged us 210 rupees for the minibar, even though, I remind you, the cleaning lady hadn't cleaned the room. It makes no sense, as we didn't touch the minibar. In short, the customer service was deplorable. I'm so disappointed to find hotels of this quality for the price; it's clearly not justified. That's all :)

Very nice little hotel right on the beach. Very friendly manager, but the restaurant staff at breakfast and dinner could use some training. The dinner selection could use a bit more variety – but for four days it was good and tasty.
