I've read various reviews, but the front desk staff at this hotel speaks quickly and is not at their best. I was really looking forward to the bath, but they told me it had been lukewarm since yesterday, so I should have taken a bath earlier. I wish they had contacted me. My first trip of the year started with a lukewarm hot spring bath, then a cold one, and I came back home. It was the worst!⤵️😣Even while we were eating breakfast, the foreign female staff member dismissed us, and my husband and I were like, "Huh?!" It was the first time we'd ever been treated so rudely. We left, went back to our room, checked out, bought sandwiches at a convenience store, went to the hospital, and came back. On top of that, the large dog's barking was a real nuisance early in the morning. Anyone who stays at this hotel will have a bad experience! If you went to enjoy the hot springs and it wasn't enough, wouldn't it be a sign of sincerity to contact them? Would you want to stay at a hotel that's so unsatisfying and only wants to make money?

All rooms have ocean views, but since we booked last minute, we ended up with a corner room on the second floor with a small view of the ocean through the trees. The room was pet-friendly, but there was no trash can for diapers and sheets, which was a bit of a hassle. The open-air bath, which I was looking forward to, was out of order, and the indoor bath was lukewarm, leaving me cold and unable to recover. The alternative was a free hot spring tour of nearby inns, but since I only learned about it when I checked in, I didn't bring any clothes for going out, and the hotel's indoor clothing was thin, so I was worried my child would catch a cold after the bath, so I gave up. The badge and jigsaw puzzle machine were also being adjusted and unavailable. However, both dinner and breakfast were delicious, with a wide variety, and the staff were incredibly helpful! If I had to say one thing, the time limit for changing the items was a bit short, which was frustrating. (The morning hour in particular flew by.) I accidentally dropped the furikake (rice seasoning) I'd bought as a souvenir outside on my way home, which was a shame (lol). I was unlucky this time, but I'd like to try it again! It was a wonderful hotel where the consideration and thoughtfulness of the staff shone through. Thank you very much.

We stayed with three generations. They were very attentive to our small children, and they enjoyed the balloon art in the lobby. The restaurant staff's attention to detail was amazing! My baby was a little fussy, so I was holding him while we ate. A female staff member asked if she could hold him and sang to him. I was amazed that the crying baby immediately stopped crying and became happy and cheerful! I was so grateful to be able to finish my meal, impressed by their professional skills. Another female staff member also asked if I wanted my baby to sleep on the sofa after he fell asleep in a chair. I was really impressed by the consideration they showed to ensure that customers could enjoy their meal. Thanks to them, we had a comfortable and enjoyable trip with our children. I've stayed at many hotels, but I feel the foreign staff here are highly skilled.
