We enjoyed a 90 minute massage and facial at the SPA, which we highly recommend. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the water park which, along with the food, are the hotel's strong points.

We spent a week at the Atali Grand Resort in Crete. After a somewhat disappointing start with a poorly located, unrenovated, and inadequately equipped first room, the staff was very responsive and moved us to a different room on the second day. The meals were excellent and varied. The overall atmosphere was very pleasant, with a special mention for the entertainment team, who were truly fantastic! The only minor point for improvement was the sometimes rather cold welcome from the waitresses at the bar. Overall, a wonderful experience.
