Except for the Acropolis view, this place is a total corpse. 1. The hotel is right in front of the square. It's the square that leads to the flea market and the Agora, and then to Syntagma Square, so it's crowded and crowded until dawn. 2. Closing the windows reduces the outside noise to a level that's comfortable for those who aren't sensitive to noise. However, the main problem is the noise coming from upstairs. There's a bar and restaurant upstairs, open until dawn, and the music there permeates the walls and into my ears. The creaking of tables and chairs, in particular, sounds like it's coming from right next to me, even the Dolby Atmos is audible. 3. The water supply is good, but the drain doesn't drain at all. The shower gurgles, but the water doesn't drain, turning the shower into a cistern. I opened the drain to clean out any hair, but the same thing happened. 4. There's no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Ultimately, the moisture from the shower accumulates in the room. The shower room and the windowsill in the guest room were covered in black mold. 5. The air conditioning smelled so bad I thought I'd vomit. It's winter, so I wanted to turn on the heater, but as soon as I turned it on, a foul odor hit me. If my girlfriend or boyfriend insisted on staying here for the Acropolis view, I'd have to beat them up to stop them. The Acropolis view lasts less than 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening. Don't waste your precious evenings in noise just for that extra time and Instagram-worthy photos.

I booked an Acropolis View Junior Suite, but actually found bed bugs in my room during my stay. The hotel explained that this was common in Europe and that the problem had been dealt with a few days before and the room was already clean. However, the initial solution they offered was to simply change the bedsheets, and I was asked to stay in the same room after the sheet change. There was no explanation about professional extermination or safety checks. The room was subsequently unavailable until the extermination company was dispatched, and it ultimately became clear that it was not a "safe room to use." The alternative room I was given was not the Acropolis View room I had reserved, but one with a significantly different view. However, I was not given a sufficient explanation or apology, and I was very skeptical of the fact that I was treated as if I had "changed rooms of my own volition." Additionally, there is a bar on the upper floors of the hotel, and it is quite noisy every night, even after midnight. During my stay, I witnessed other guests requesting a room change due to the noise. Furthermore, when problems arose, there was no one available to deal with them on the spot, and I was sometimes told they would "deal with it the next day," which left me with the impression that even urgent issues were not addressed promptly. It seemed like even outsiders could access the guest room floors relatively easily, which raised concerns about security. As other reviewers have noted, the so-called "Acropolis view" only offered a vague view of the Acropolis from my room, with the building in front significantly blocking the view. Depending on the room's location, I felt it was somewhat inadequate to be called an "Acropolis view." The view from the room was different from what I expected in the photos on the booking site. The location itself is fine, but I think improvements are needed in terms of how sanitary issues are handled, noise, security, and the discrepancy between what's shown and what's actually there.
