Hotel was very nice. The only thing that we ran into that I'm sure doesn't happen all the time was there one only one elevator working at the time, every now and then a second would work. But we rode the elevator a couple times up and down just to get to the flood we needed. Also we went to the Tavern restaurant and we had the lovelies waitress who was by herself at dinner time and no help. It took over an hour to get our meals. Although it was delicious and we were not on a schedule, it may not have been for others. She never once showed if she was frustrated or overwhelmed.

Staying there during New Year’s Eve with my family. The hotel itself is in a prime location; however, it doesn't seem well-maintained, and the customer service is far from hospitable. 2 elevators out of 3 in a hectic season, we had to Use the service elevator, which was extremely dirty. Front desk employees are so unprofessional. Restaurant service and Food were a disaster.
