our 1st room had a cockroach in the bathroom, so they moved us to same room just different floor. the 2nd night they didn't clean our room, i called and asked then to please clean our room tomorrow. 3rd day the room was still not cleaned. Had to put the trash in the hallway and waited over 2 hours for fresh towels.

Exquisite service! From a nervous momma feeling anxious to travel with my young sons to the aquarium and one having very specific dietary restrictions, I did my research and was happy to find the hotel did indeed have gluten free and vegan items on their menus as did a number of resultants in the area:) However, exceeding my expectations, the chef and staff at Sear steakhouse who also serve the breakfast, were SO accommodating with his needs. Preparing him special hash browns with no seed oils and asking if there were any items they could provide for him the following morning. Went through the items on the buffet according to his needs and made is aware of more items that fit his needs. A lovely older woman from the gift shop and staff at the Starbucks helped me obtain a brand of chips he can have from Starbucks that were not available in the gift shop, after hours and so very graciously. These are the very small things that matter the most. There were hiccups with my reservation and the pool being closed.. but the kindness of the staff on this hotel made all the difference for us. Thank you so very much! We will be back! The view in the atrium is stunning!
