I stay in Marriott properties around 180-200 nights per year. Unfortunately, I've never had a worse experience than this Marriott. Check-in took 30+ minutes because the reception clerk was more focused on flirting then on the 14 people in line waiting to check-in. The M-Club coffee maker was broken. Several pieces of gym equipment broken. Shower sliding doors slid open on their own, leaving a wet mess on the bathroom floor.

I stayed here on a business trip and I would only stay here again on complimentary business trips. I had multiple issues with my key card throughout my stay. I stayed in a king room with m club lounge access. My room had a tiny view of the Atlanta skyline and the heat/AC worked well. The waffle maker in the M lounge was broken, but I enjoyed the heavy hors d’oevres. The food was better than I expected for a hotel, 7/10. First Day My physical key did not open the M lounge. The front desk was able to fix it 10 minutes after check in. The mobile key did not work. Second Day My physical key did not work for my main room, but my mobile key worked. Again, the front desk was able to fix it but I needed to get a brand new physical key.
