Our second time at this hotel, and its exactly what we want for a holiday. Room was fab, lots of food choices, staff all lovely, and was nice too see alot of staff from last year still present, as well as a few couples & families returning from last year too. We got an additional night dining at the Alacarte restaurant, which was nice surprise as we had already had our 2 visits. We visited the Asian, and Greek restaurants, both fantastic. Room was spacious, modern, really comfortable bed and big tv. We would get our room tidied daily, the mini fridge was replenished every day, fresh bathroom towels. The pool bar has been refurbished and the chicken burger is one of the best i've ever tried 😂 you can get the chicken fillets from the burger on its own too. Vodka slushies were my go to drink. Always sunbeds available, and the hotel was nearly at full capacity when we visited. The lifeguard at the infinity pool does a fantastic job keeping everyone safe, and ensuring its a quiet zone. Couple of suggestions to make the experience even more better - we would skip breakfast and go too the pool early in the morning, would of loved if the pool bar had pastries & fruit, to avoid having to go too the buffet. The soft drinks at the pool bar are not branded, it is in the restaurants and it makes a massive difference, hated having too wait till dinner for a glass of real diet coke, couldn't drink the rola cola. As a mid30s couple, we would of loved to play snooker/pool but the tables were in the kids bit.... the lobby area has enough space for adult only tables. Entertainment, couple of good shows - I was looking forward to the bingo...but it needed more organising, initially it's almost aimed at the children. We have stayed at another Atlantica hotel and they had an amazing book swap corner, think that would be utilised really well. Looking forward too continuing visiting the Atlantica chains.
