Stayed here June 2022 and had the most amazing couple of weeks, friendly staff, easy to access and lots of parking, rooms were beautiful very clean. We would recommend this place to family and friends, the locations ideal. I’d recommend hiring a car though as it can be a walk between places. Friendly atmosphere and I’d definitely return

the Pretenders The Pretenders is what I call this hotel, it looks good, looks good, but underneath it is empty and not worth much, anyone who travels a lot to Greece, Cyprus knows what it is, this is a very disappointing hotel. I did not choose this hotel, it was just a spontaneous trip and it was one of the only ones that had a vacancy, despite the high rating, that says a lot. This is a hotel that tries to show the standards in small nuances but in reality, it's bluffing, for example the kitchen - it's a poor kitchen, no more than average, the average level of a regular hotel, as a foodie I see the turnover positions, meaning yesterday's food that turns into a different dish, it exists in hotels but here they've made a profession of it, in the dining room hospitality, there's a man with headphones and two girls dressed like in a Greek palace, standing in line because like I said they're pretending, 😆, you get a feeling of luxury and the table is prepared but in reality you get to the table and no one knows you're there, and in general all the tables are free and set, so they invest resources in bluffing but in reality it's self-service and a regular table, the only thing they might pour you is coffee which was definitely fine, There are chairs and cushions by the pool, it's impudence to ask for money for it!!!! Insolence, rooms that look something in between, neither vegan nor meat, employee training is not good enough, after all we are talking about 5 stars, the same employee can be at the reception and then in another position, the pool is fine, the beach is nearby, you would also expect a button to order alcohol or snacks, here too a regular chair is free, a more luxurious chair costs a lot of money, in short, a hotel that came to screw polite adults from England, even when they screw them they say thank you, (sorry) in short, a lot of money and a bad memory, shameful and amateurish, you would be surprised but the entertainment in the evening was nice, it is also a kitsch of hotels but overall very good, well the same as the wave that the same bands were touring in the area (apparently), the hotel is huge you can get a room at the end of the world, in short and to the point - if you ask me then no!!!!,

My partner and I stayed for six days at the end of the 2025 season and left completely satisfied. Why? After arriving and a 30-minute transfer, we were greeted with a surprise upgrade. Our room was in the Residences building across the street. The receptionist there was very welcoming, so we immediately felt at home. The duplex swipe-up suite was spacious, and the sea view from the comfortable bed was breathtaking. Unfortunately, the pool was too cold, so we didn't use it. Every day started deliciously with breakfast at the Blue Bay Restaurant, which offered à la carte options, and ended with tasty drinks at the Sky Bar (my recommendation for cocktails!). The food at the buffet restaurant was varied and good. I always found something new to try in the Greek section. Unfortunately, the Blue Bay was closed for dinner, which was a real shame, but oh well, we were more than compensated with the upgrade ;) What pleasantly surprised me was that when the hotel staff initially learned I have a nut allergy, they arranged a meeting with the sous chef to discuss it. From then on, a selection of desserts was set aside for me to avoid cross-contamination. As we all know, there are always those people who ignore the fact that there's appropriate serving utensils for every dish. I've never experienced a hotel kitchen taking allergies so seriously. Also worth mentioning is the fitness room, which was well-equipped for a hotel, and the staff, who were always friendly but never intrusive. All-inclusive is definitely worth it if you enjoy drinking well ;) We certainly didn't regret it. Even if it wasn't cost-effective, the luxury of not having to worry about money on vacation is priceless.
