One of the worst experiences we've ever had. We arrived at the hotel on Sunday, and it was a mess. No one was providing any guidance from the moment we entered the parking lot. When we made the reservation and payment, we filled out the system indicating that we had a baby. When they offered us the "Luxury Ocean View" room, they put us in a room on the second floor with a giant staircase and NO ELEVATOR. In other words, we would return from downtown at night with the baby sleeping in the stroller, and every night we had to take her out of the stroller, wake up, and carry the stroller up the stairs. At no point during the online reservation did it mention this situation where "SUITES ON THE SECOND FLOOR DO NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR". Upon entering the room, there was no "towel kit," neither bath towels nor bath mats or face towels. We asked for them, and when they arrived, they only gave us bath towels. When we arrived on Sunday, we also had the unpleasant surprise that children could not enter the heated pool after 4:00 PM. This was also one of the reasons we booked this "Fake Resort". Also NOT IDENTIFIED anywhere at the time of booking. Air conditioning not compatible with the size of the room. I left it on 16 degrees and it didn't even remove the heat from the room. The baby's kitchen is only one, and it's quite far from our room and has terrible facilities. Every time I went, there was no water in the filter. Bottled water. Staff working exhaustively and extremely rude and stressed. To make matters worse, we stayed 4 nights and none of our bed linens or towels were changed. I even went to the kitchen staff room and got towels myself, including face and floor towels. I also used the floor towel to mop the room. Oh, and I asked a staff member where there was a water fountain, and to my surprise, there wasn't one. They try to force you to buy bottled water for R$7.00. In short, this past year we stayed in 5 hotels and the experiences were great. But this fake "Resort" doesn't deliver any positive experience and the facilities are far below par. The only good thing was the location and the beautiful, clean outdoor pool. I do not recommend it.
