Two families stayed for five nights. We were hit with a tax shock the first time we arrived. Even though we paid the tax-inclusive price through Booking.com, they asked for the tax again. Our friend had to take full responsibility because he handled the issue. They said they had nothing to do with Booking.com. It's within walking distance of the castle and close to restaurants and bars. These are the pros, but the cons are that the bathroom and shower area are a cell, and the bathroom and toilet are infested with ants. When we told them, they said they'd spray, as if they didn't know there were ants beforehand. There were plenty even at the reception desk. How can you spray with guests? Also, because we were given a room on the first floor above the kitchen, the kitchen ventilation and ovens were running at 5 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. It was like a factory was operating. We told them, but the noise subsided the next day, then returned to its normal levels. For the price, you could stay in much better hotels.

We stayed here for three nights with my family, and I thought it was quite good for the price. The rooms were clean, and the hotel's location was generally good. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast could be a bit more varied. Parking is limited in front of the hotel, so you might want to stay outside. There's no dinner service, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel is very centrally located. As I said, it's a very good value for the price, and I recommend it. I'd like to thank the hotel staff for their attentiveness.

Excellent and central location in Rhodes, just a few minutes' walk from Mandraki Port and the Old Town. The service was extremely friendly and helpful.
