3 star is a joke ,the website says 24 hour reception ,there isn't & there is no proper reception it's the 'snack' bar that doesn't have snacks only tea ,coffee from a machine on the counter & tins Fanta in a fridge ,.The rooms although typical greek basic ,are very much in nee of total make over my shower was disgusting ,I waited to see if the cleaner would clean it properly ,no! Also she never noticed the curtain hanging off the track for 5 days , a thin sheet on the bed that is too small ,and although I had clean towels every day some were tatty & threadbare ,The doily on the console table had stuck & the table not cleaned all week nor the drinking glass replaced,the bedside lamp was thick of sticky dust , the door looked like ,to (quote the Jet2 rep when she called to view my room ) " It had been kicked in ! " the codged up lock & gap all round I could see outside made me feel a little insecure no way did the cleaner clean my room & my friend's room in 8 minutes ,her room was as bad dirty shower cubicle, holes in the wall TV badly wired and uncovered wires hanging in her shower ,,the pool area was not cleaned or swept once during our 17 days ,sun loungers had only 4 cushions to about 7 chairs ,and the concrete loungers were filthy as was the pool the paint was peeling off ,I have made formal complaint ,this place is nowb8 near 3 star .On the plus side George & Nikolas the 2 young brothers that work there are brilliant so friendly & helpful George felt so bad about our disappointment he bought us a bottle of wine bless him , ,on arrival you get dropped nearby & that's it ! No welcome meeting or rep I requested one to report the rooms ,the place is locked at 11pm so if I needed help u have to call Jet2 , Breakfast was good & the location is spot on ,only minutes walk from the beach & restaurants ,I await a satisfactory reply from Jet2

Heinz Georg Wunsch, I agree with your comments. The resort is a dingy dump. I was there for a week at the end of September. I also accuse the tour operator of misrepresentation. There's no restaurant, no bar, no gardens, nothing. I've filed a complaint and am eager to hear back.
