What a disgrace. Upon arrival, I was harassed by reception about why I had booked a double room and not two separate rooms. I told them this wasn't their place to discuss in public. The lady was so irritated that she refused to give me an invoice for the taxes I'd paid. She left me there exactly 17 minutes after the check-in. When I finally got into my room, I was shocked by the quality. Everything in the room was broken. The tiles were broken and covered in limescale and mold. I was so disgusted with the bathroom that I didn't dare shower. There were no bath towels. The faucet was loose from the wall. The shower rod was broken and I couldn't keep it upright. When you shower, the entire bathroom is full of water. The toilet is loose. No toilet paper. The doors are moldy. Loose tile seams. No hairdryer, nothing in the room. The air conditioner is covered in dust, the vents are loose, and it's loose from the wall. Dirty pillows. Brown stains on the floor. Literally nothing is as it should be. The pool was cold, unheated, and completely filled with sludge. You could tell it hadn't been replaced in a loooooooooooooong time. I was there for two days and didn't see anyone doing any maintenance. I'm ashamed of this way of doing things! This isn't worth a cent, even though I paid top dollar!

I spent an exceptional week at the hotel as part of the book festival. The reception and kitchen staff welcomed me warmly. I recommend this hotel for your trips or visit to Oujda. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are varied and excellent. Everything is planned to make your stay pleasant. I would especially like to thank the kitchen team who kindly prepared a delicious meal for me just before my flight.
