The hotel itself is nice, and the rooms are okay, although we got a room that has a connecting door to another room. TV is old, and having such a TV in a hotel is below expectations for 2026. The location is good, with public transport nearby and the metro just a few minutes away.

It was centrally located in order to sightsee. The room was excellent; check in easy; staff were friendly; pricing great value for what was provided.

The hotel is located less than 15 minutes from the center but the neighborhood is rather dirty. If you are sensitive to noise, ask for a room on the garden side because otherwise the window insulation is non-existent and therefore on a large boulevard, it is very difficult to sleep with the traffic noise. The beds are comfortable but the pillows are not up to 5-star standards. The refrigerator in our room was broken. The air conditioning was way too noisy. The breakfast room is very noisy. Breakfast is okay. Overall, it is a 4-star hotel in terms of hotel quality. The spa area makes it a 5-star hotel but there are certainly better 5-star hotels in Split.
