I was disappointed by rge fact that I was sent to a lower floor and my colleague were at a higher floor. I wouldn't complain about the window had no views at all. The room was close to the list and it was not sound proof at all. I was woken up by noise outside multiple times which was bitterly disappointing. Although it is a three star hotel, the toilet was like a motel: stainless stell bottom shower box and vinyl floor. The room was quite small for which I think the rate is high. The staff was reasonably friendly and helpful.

It's recently changed name apparently because of changed ownership. Not the smoothest of handovers! Some colleages of mine booked to stay there had their bookings messed up because of miscommunication around the time of the changes.
