There was only one main elevator, which was slow and bumpy. The lobby was dimly lit at night. The air conditioning units were old and very noisy, and there were a lack of amenities such as an office chair in the room, fitted sheets that didn't fit properly, and the shower area was dirty and the sink clogged. I also didn't like the staff's service.

Excellent location, but the cleanliness was a disaster. They come in to clean and cover the beds, and they don't change the towels, they just fold them; you can tell because they're damp. Breakfast was okay, but there wasn't much variety in the fruit. The pool and jacuzzi water wasn't changed; it was dirty. We stayed for a week and had to ask for the bare essentials—a complete mess. It's a shame because it's a nice hotel with a good location.
