I stayed here with my besties for a girls weekend away and my best girl’s bday. We got the Superior Two-Bedroom Suite between five of us. Overall, we had the best time. We enjoyed using the pool and sauna, and found it especially comfortable in there on the lounge chairs. The place was tidy, set up weird (we got an extra trundler bed that made the lounge configuration feel strange) but nice. Everything worked well, and we were happy that there were two showers and laundry facilities. That came in handy, as did being so close to the shops and Vic Market (literally walking distance). The staff were very kind and hospitable. The only things I found a minor inconvenience was having no key cards and the narrow carpark. Little things. Other than that, lovely stay. Do recommend.

Small rooms and considering the expensive tariff, not well equipped. Our room on western side very hot and aircon was inefficient. Extra cost for early check in despite room being ready. This is not my experience in other hotels/apartments. Carpet in bedroom was stained. Pool area was great but other than that we would not stay here again. Not value for money.

Every time I go to Melbourne, I book this hotel. The location is great, and the staff are excellent. Especially one female staff member named Sin Yi. She's incredibly kind, friendly, and polite. I hope to see you again next time! 😊
