The entrance was very difficult to find and poorly signposted overall. The narrow and rather unwelcoming stairwell doesn't make a good first impression. The apartment itself is functionally furnished and offers the bare essentials, but without any special amenities. Overall, it's okay for short stays, but there's definitely room for improvement, especially regarding access and ambiance.

1. The communication between me and the apartment staff was done through email, the initial instructions for the checkin were very confusing, it mentioned "digital key", which never worked and conflicted with the instructions we got on the day of our arrival, which used physical key. We had to retrieve the physical key from a lockbox next to the apartment door by pressing passcode, which was given in a very confusing way. There was no staff onsite to help the checkin process, this adds tons of stress after our long flight. 2. The heating in the apartment never worked. This will be a problem for guests staying in winter months. We were lucky to stay there during early October, when the weather was still mild. 3. The drainage of the shower area was very slow and dirty water accumulating while we showered. We sent email to the staff, which did come once but never fixed the issue. 4. We ran out of toilet tissue on the first night and we were told to buy them because it is self served apartment. 5. There is no staff on site and the only communication is through email, it is very frustrating that we did not have any real person to talk to about any of the above issues. 6. In general, the staff responded to email timely, but a few occasions they did not respond after 8 hours untill I asked again. 7. The apartment itself is very spacious and has fully equipped kitchen, which is great for cooking. 8. The location is very convenient, close to many attractions such as British Museum and St Paul's cathedral. 9. One night, there were a dozen people shouting at each other below our apartment window, no idea who those people are and why. 10. No AC in the apartment. 11. No elevator in the apartment, the staircase is very narrow. We only had carryon and backpack, so not a big issue for us. I absolutely would not recommend this place given all the ordeal we went through by staying there.
