Lovely guest house situated in a charming neighborhood, just a short walk from the main attractions. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all amenities The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. From easy communication to organizing our airport transfer and even leaving thoughtful touches like coffee and cookies in the room, their care made all the difference. Overall exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! IF YOU DONT WANT TO RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY EXPERIENCE. I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a booking I made in April 2025 for a stay at the end of December. Despite booking eight months in advance, my experience was handled poorly. • December 1st: I received a confirmation message from Alessandro stating he would arrange my check-in. I felt confident and reassured by this personal touch. • December 22nd: The property cancelled my booking, citing that they were "fully booked." This is illogical, as I had booked months prior and received a personal confirmation just weeks earlier. (As I was traveling, I missed the automated email, trusting the property’s initial confirmation.) • December 31st: I arrived excited for my stay, only to find my reservation had been cancelled. To make matters worse, a staff member incorrectly claimed that I was the one who cancelled it, which is simply not true. Fortunately, I was able to find a last-minute deal through Trip.com and stayed at the Best Western. Their team was excellent and turned a stressful situation into a much better experience. I am sharing this so that others are aware of this property's lack of reliability. I hope no one else has to face the stress of being turned away on New Year's Eve due to poor booking management.
