The hotel is very nice. We stayed there for three nights, and it truly has all the style you'd expect from Cappadocia. It was freezing outside, but the rooms were super warm and cozy, very clean, and the service was excellent. I just think it's not that different from other hotels, and the price is quite high for "the same" as other hotels, but the hotel is fine.

A unique hotel with very friendly staff. Whether at reception, room service, or the restaurant, everything was perfect. The cleanliness was first-class. The heated pool is also highly recommended; you can swim in it even on colder days. The village center is just a few minutes' walk away. Many lovely restaurants with wonderful views are nearby (e.g., Seten or Happena). Both of these restaurants also offer free access to view the balloons from their rooftops.

A truly magical stay – they’ve mastered the art of hospitality! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I spent a weekend at this hotel in Cappadocia, and honestly, it exceeded every expectation I had. The experience was simply amazing! The level of service is on another level — it feels like the staff can read your mind. Every wish is anticipated and fulfilled before you even get the chance to ask. I wanted a short Red Tour around the region, and when I asked about taking a taxi instead, they immediately came up with a perfect solution: they offered to arrange everything for me, all I had to do was tell them where I was, and they’d send the taxi anywhere. I was honestly blown away by how helpful and proactive everyone was. The hotel is spotless, beautifully maintained, and the staff are truly exceptional — there’s always someone around to help, and they do it with such genuine warmth and professionalism. I can honestly say they could teach other hotels what true hospitality means. The only small downside is that you can’t really see the hot air balloons directly from the hotel. For those who dream of that iconic morning view, you can go to the nearby Sultan Hotel (same owner) and enjoy the spectacle from there. But if you’re looking for a place where you can truly relax, feel pampered, and be treated like a valued guest in every way, this is the hotel. Highly, highly recommended!
