My stay at Azul Beach was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Nothing matched the descriptions or photos shown on Booking and other ads. The room condition was poor, the cleanliness was far below acceptable standards, and the food quality was bad. Overall, the hotel felt neglected and nowhere near the experience that is advertised. I stayed 3 days and paid over €1,000, which makes this even more frustrating. What bothered me the most was the unprofessional and dishonest behavior after my stay. I initially left a 1-star review on Booking, and after that I was contacted repeatedly by the hotel via calls and messages, pressuring me to remove my review. They promised a €300 refund if I removed it. Trusting them, I removed the review — and the refund never came. After that, they completely stopped responding. No €300, no explanation, no follow-up. This was clearly a tactic to silence negative feedback, not an honest attempt to fix a problem. I regret this stay deeply.

I stayed at Azul Beach Ulcinj in June, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The food was of very poor quality, and the rooms were not clean at all. During my 8-day stay, the housekeeping staff only cleaned the room once, and they didn’t change the bed sheets. We often didn’t have running water, and when we did, there was no hot water. The bars were very bad as well, with unprofessional staff. We also did not have any drinking water provided in the room. The beach towels were often dirty too. Overall, I was not satisfied with the quality, cleanliness, or service at this hotel.

Never again!! The room was dirty and outdated. Our bathroom was dirty. We reported it immediately. After three hours, it still hadn't been cleaned. It wasn't cleaned until the following day, after a bad Google review. The food is terrible. Only the pool area is okay. The staff is unfriendly and unmotivated.
