We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff is fantastic and very helpful. The room was truly magnificent and very comfortable. We loved the hotel's unique decor. It's a very beautiful hotel. When I have the opportunity to return to Krakow, I plan to stay here again.

5 stars - amazing! We stayed at Mgallery Krakow and were genuinely impressed by the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and empathetic to our needs, and it made the whole stay feel effortless. The restaurant was a real surprise and an absolute gastronomic delight. Wow. It has won major restaurant awards in Poland for five years in a row and, from memory, it also received recognition for its wine list from Wine Estate Magazine for several years. Awards aside, the food, service, and setting were all sublime. The wine list is not quite on par with Emirates First Class, but it is very close. A commendable collection and a joy to explore. The bar downstairs was equally beautiful. The period styling and ambience were magical. I would come back to Krakow for one of their espresso martinis alone. Even if you are not staying at the hotel, I highly recommend dining at the restaurant and finishing the night with a drink at the bar. The rooms were not very big, but that is not a criticism, as we knew this when booking. The bathroom, however, was excellent, with quality products, a wonderful shower, and luxurious towels.

We had the pleasure of being served by Jakub, and this truly deserves special mention. He was professional, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu, offering clear and confident advice on both the dishes and how they work together. His wine knowledge was particularly impressive — the recommendations were spot on, well explained, and perfectly matched to our choices. The food itself was of a very high standard, with excellent quality ingredients, well-balanced flavours, and thoughtful presentation. Overall, our visit to Gavi was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, and we would be very happy to return.
