Bakirooms

The rooms are really bad maintained, the walls were very thin & cracked, the towels had an unpleasant smell, the bathroom looked dirty and the hose was leaking water. To top it up the bed was not big enough for two people and we were not given the remote for the A/C, even though we asked for it, because the weather was rainy when we were there and as an excuse the host claimed that they don't use the A/C this time of the year (middle of October). Bonus part, the rooms are on the 6th floor and there was always an issue with the elevator so there were times that we had to take the stairs.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel unwelcome, and he even spoke to us in a very disrespectful and unpleasant manner . Also, the elevator was out of order, and we had to climb all the way up to the sixth floor. For the price they’re asking, this place is an absolute disgrace — definitely not worth the money. We left feeling angry, uncomfortable, and deeply disappointed. To be fair, the only positive thing was the location, as it was quite central and close to the city center — but that alone doesn’t make up for such a terrible experience. To make matters worse, we were charged extra fees for late check-in and for leaving our luggage in a space where other people had access without any security. We sent a message to the host about it and received a reply a day after not giving solution.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The host was incredibly rude, showing no professionalism or respect whatsoever. The room was dirty, smelled bad, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. Everything felt neglected and far below basic standards. We even found bed bugs in the beds, which was absolutely disgusting. We sent a message to the host about it and received a reply a day after not giving a solution. On top of that, there were only body towels — no hand or face towels provided, and the bathroom door frame kept falling off, making it very inconvenient and unsafe to use.
