The hotel is aging, with a lack of storage and bedside lamps in the rooms, worn-out rooftop cushions, and the pool water too cold. However, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The microwave, coffee makers, and water fountain are very useful and convenient.

A complete fake boutique hotel! We booked a suite with a balcony. The room is nothing like a suite. It's just as tiny as the regular rooms, and there are NO balconies! The "balcony" is defined as a 30cm overhang that isn't wide enough to sit on, and there aren't even any chairs! We were aware that we were in the city and that there would be traffic noise, but in this hotel, it doesn't matter whether the windows are open or closed; the noise is deafening, even on the second floor. Sleeping was absolutely impossible! Upon arrival, nothing in the room worked: - The toilet flush was broken - The refrigerator didn't work - The safe didn't work Many of the good reviews are probably fake or bought, because they don't correspond at all to the actual situation! As soon as you complain, the staff become unfriendly and completely uncooperative.
