A very good spa, with top-notch treatments, and best of all: excellent professionals, both at the spa and in the hotel and restaurant.

Not recommended at all, poor value for money. The spa is freezing cold and smells like urine. The buffet is awful; you only get to choose between two starters and two main courses of very poor quality.

Average. The room was generally fine, except for the heating. It didn't work properly and was either cold or they simply turned it off. The spa is nothing special; half the jets weren't working, there's no sauna or anything like that—very basic. And the worst part is the heating... it's also inadequate. When you leave the spa and go back up to your room, you could easily get chilled (it was -1°C outside). They should turn the heating up. I understand it doesn't matter in the summer, but with those temperatures outside... I think they're a bit stingy with the heating. Breakfast and dinner were very good, adequate.
