The staff were very welcoming and pleasant to talk to. However, I was very disappointed because I had booked the spa from 10:00 to 11:00 AM, but the day before, I was told my son wasn't old enough. It wasn't a problem, I was left alone. The person was supposed to call me at 9:00 AM. No call came, even though lunch was scheduled for 9:00 AM in the room. I had to call at 10:00 AM to ask reception when I could go, and I was told that the time slot had passed. Very disappointed about that. On the other hand, I have nothing but praise for the very warm welcome from the staff, from the valet who took care of my car to the room service and the bar staff. The Balthazar cocktail was magnificent! Thank you for this moment with this magnificent view; it truly offers a welcome escape from the city of Rennes. I highly recommend it. There are a few small things to improve, such as the spa reservation I made. Sincerely, Mr. Limoux
