I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, the hotel has undergone a complete renovation, the standard of the room stock and the territory corresponds to 5 stars. For me, service and cleanliness are always the main priority. Here they are impeccable. The employees responsible for cleaning the rooms, bathrooms and territory do their job especially professionally and continuously. The kitchen, although the dishes are often repeated, the taste is very decent, definitely a big plus for all the cooks and the chef. The service here is perfect, every employee without exception is incredibly pleasant, in this place you can feel sincere care and concern for the guests, at every step you are met with a smile, politeness, and sincerity, they take care of you and any request is fulfilled immediately. I hope the managers care about the employees as well as they do about the comfort of the guests☝️ Tecla from the lobby bar deserves special attention, with her incredible sense of humor and sincerity😎 I will miss you ♥️ Bridgit the waitress, you are extremely hardworking, sincere, kind and smiling💕sometimes even too hardworking☝️and also the cook Mercy💕wonderful and caring I still miss your pancakes🎈girls thank you for your care and your work, you made our stay even better 🥰

Our family of seven stayed 5th-8th March and very totally impressed by the revamped new look. The staff were amazing and very courteous in every way. The General manager Mr Michael was even more than happy to go out of his way and welcome us. All in all the food was excellent prepared by the chef Mr Ram and excellent choice of vegetarian food was available everyday. I wish I could have stayed longer but next time will make sure book at least 7nights. Excellent design for a Mombasa Beach Hotel.

Just back from spending an amazing 2 weeks at the Bamburi Beach Hotel. The greeting received on arrival was superb. All staff from gardeners through to cleaners, restaurant staff, front of hotel and animation were so friendly!!! This is easily a 5 Star Hotel!!! Nothing too much trouble.. place is kept superbly clean. The only downside is you cannot sit on the beach - the 'hawkers' drive you mad!!! But was more than happy to sit by the pristine pool!!!! It was super relaxing.... Would thoroughly recommend.... This is not a Hotel for those looking for a loud, boozy holiday - go to Benidorm!!!! Would return again without a doubt!!!
