Clean, comfortable, and fully equipped rooms. The hospitality is fantastic, and they're always ready to solve any problem and help travelers plan their stay and activities. And what about the breakfast? Truly amazing. The best espresso I've had in Baja California del Sur!

I appreciate Silvana's attention to detail and thoughtfulness in preparing for our stay. Prior to our arrival, Silvana reached out through email for details in regards to our arrival and the party of our crew. Upon arrival, I was hesitant that the property was locked. However, Silvana answered the doorbell promptly. She was proactive in assessing our needs. As I was traveling with a 2 year old toddler on my own, she helped me bring all my luggage in and checked to see if I had other needs. She then walked me over to their private parking space where we could park our car securely. The room was clean and thoughtfully arranged. It is clear that the property was thoughtful in the needs of its traveling guests. The room is equipped with a fridge/freezer, bath towels, beach towels, beach umbrella, water bottles, and a beer (for adults). The space is very clean and in great condition. It feels very cozy. I don’t think the site’s images provide justice for this place. Our room opened out into the courtyard that has a pool. The pool is heated!! And very well maintained, not a crack anywhere. The moment we stepped into the courtyard, my toddler loved the space. She said it was “nice and cozy” and wanted to dip into the pool right away. The pool was the perfect temperature, not cold!! The water looked and felt clean. I am surprised by the quality. The quality extends to the choice of bathroom essentials of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, etc. After our swim my toddler slipped on the tile multiple times. I shared this with Silvana, in which we were promptly provided towels in our space to line the floor so that my toddler wouldn’t slip. My toddler and I used the pool daily. It was conveniently located right outside our door. We loved it!! Don’t let the location deter you. Right across the street is an organic grocery store that also make sandwiches. Theres also a smoothie store and cute cafe down the block. Super chill. Gives me the Berkeley vibes. Although, it is 5 blocks from the waterfront, it’s a really quick walk. Perhaps about 5 minutes. This side of the malecon (beach coastal path) is more chill and home to a wonderful restaurant called Azuelo. The seafood is top notch, fresh ingredients (sashimi, seaweed, fish, etc). It’s about a 10 minute stroll the whole way down to the other side at a slow, relaxing speed, not brisk. Although roads and paths here are not stroller friendly. Thankfully, I had a hiking backpack to carry my toddler when she's tired. Silvana is very helpful if you have any questions. I spoke with another quest there who Silvana had helped arrange a whale shark tour where the operator picks up guests. The rate was 1800 pesos ($102 USD) versus >2400 pesos ($135) through Viator with no pick up (sad face). We had a wonderful time socializing with the other guests. It felt like a small family away from home. Breakfast was amazing! So much time and effort went into this. I did not want the food to go to waste and had requested Silvana to give us less the following days for our stay. My toddler and I had a wonderful time here and would love to stay here again when we return to La Paz. Thank you Silvana for making our stay super cozy and memorable.

We stayed here for a total of 7 nights. A very nice B&B. The rooms are nicely furnished, and nothing is lacking. There's even a parasol for the beach and beach towels. The breakfast is excellent and varied. Sylvana, the hostess, is very friendly and helpful. She was happy to give recommendations for day trips and sights. The pool at the B&B is lovely, a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing.
