Hygiene and upkeep of the rooms, and especially the bathrooms, are clearly not a priority! This is disrespectful and unacceptable! Observed in 3 rooms in 2 months... It's undeniably deteriorating... What a shame!

One star, and I'm being generous. We stayed one night at this hotel on December 6, 2025. I have nothing much to say about the room except that it's really just a place to stay. The breakfast wasn't bad, but nothing special either. However, the one star is for the absolutely disastrous handling of my booking. Unfortunately, we had to leave urgently the day after our arrival due to family reasons. The receptionist contacted her manager, who assured us of a refund within 2 to 4 days via bank transfer, a confirmation received by email. After 8 days without a refund in my account, I decided to follow up with them via the email address the receptionist had used, but received no response. I decided to call them two days later, to no avail, as they don't have a dedicated phone number, but rather a premium-rate 0800 number. So I sent another email to the same address, still without a response. The next day, I sent another email informing them of my decision to contact customer service since they were playing the "ghost" card. A customer service representative kindly took on my case and informed me that the hotel manager would process the refund… email dated December 19th, and since then, of course, still no refund. It's been over a month that this damn refund has been dragging on, and it's getting infuriating. Don't make a commitment if you can't keep your word! But know that I won't give up; you owe me this money. Apparently, this hotel prefers people who book but don't show up, rather than people who are acting in good faith but are forced to leave, because after my research, someone who books but doesn't show up will be charged for the first night but refunded for the following nights. Reimburse me in the same way, won't you? I now demand a refund to my account by the end of next week at the latest, otherwise I will contact a mediator, and so on until you decide to reimburse me.
