Unfortunately, our New Year's Eve stay at the B&B Hotel was a huge disappointment. Room 316 was particularly problematic: the window was extremely drafty, creating a massive draft so strong that even the curtains moved visibly. Because of the cold, my wife and children, who initially slept downstairs, were freezing. During the night, we even had to switch beds so my wife and children could sleep upstairs. Despite this, it was almost unbearable to stay there. In my opinion, such a drafty window is absolutely unacceptable, especially for families. Check-in on New Year's Eve was also very unpleasant. There was no reception desk staffed; only a self-service kiosk was available. This caused significant delays, with several guests waiting at once, and the entire process dragged on unnecessarily. In addition, the overall condition of the hotel was noticeably poor this time. The exterior areas, hallways, and stairwell appeared neglected and unclean. This is not how I know this hotel or the B&B hotel chain from previous stays. However, the handling of my complaint is particularly disappointing. I contacted both the hotel and B&B headquarters in writing, deliberately giving them an opportunity to respond before posting a public review. To this day, I have received no response whatsoever, neither an explanation nor any attempt at compensation. Based on this experience and the lack of customer service, I will think very carefully before booking another B&B Hotel in the future, which I find very regrettable given my previous positive experiences.

I stayed at the B&B Hotel for two days over the weekend. Booking was very easy. Parking worked out perfectly, too. There's plenty of parking available. €10 per day for parking is a bit pricey, of course ☹️. The room was okay. The price-performance ratio is good. I can recommend this hotel without hesitation.
