Located next to the metro, it looks brand new thanks to the recent renovation. Very friendly service. The only downside was that the refrigerator in the room wasn't working, and in the morning you can hear all the noise from the cleaning in other rooms. Other than that, a 10/10.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly and professional.

All staff members were kind, professional, and helpful, including reception, maintenance, and housekeeping. One person in particular truly stood out: Lorenzo. He consistently went above and beyond, showing genuine involvement and dedication in solving any issue that arose. His attitude and commitment were exceptional, and I sincerely hope someone like him will manage a hotel one day. The hotel itself is generally calm. However, guests should be aware that some noise can be heard from the street, as well as occasional sounds from the hallway or from pets staying at the hotel. Even so, other guests and their pets were generally not loud. Overall cleanliness was acceptable. Towels and bed linen were always spotless and of excellent quality, so there was never any concern in that regard. Showers, however, may have small mold stains in certain areas. The bathroom also lacked a toilet brush and trash bin liners, which made it more difficult to maintain cleanliness. Room cleaning quality was somewhat inconsistent, particularly when it came to floor cleaning. On the positive side, the rooms are well equipped and comfortable. Heating and air conditioning are controlled directly from the room. The bedding is comfortable, lighting is well designed with multiple light sources, and the bathroom counter is practical and spacious. The room also features a large, pleasant window. Neutral body wash, shampoo, and hand soap are provided in generous, effectively unlimited quantities. A coffee machine and microwave are available in the hotel foyer 24 hours a day, which is a nice and convenient touch. However, they are not easily accessible for wheelchair users. Guests with disabilities should also note that the room doors are quite heavy and may be difficult to operate. Communication with the staff before arrival and throughout the stay was excellent. Maintenance staff were always on site, and any issues that arose were resolved within minutes. One thing to be aware of is that the water can smell strongly of chlorine, and there may be an unpleasant odor from the shower drain if it is not used for a day. This appears to be a general issue in Madrid rather than a problem caused by the hotel itself. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would consider returning.
