B&B HOTEL Massy Gare TGV

The reason I book here is because of the review but I swear myself I WON’T trust the review here about this place again at all cost . It was a nightmare. I driven the car there at night around 10pm but the hotel is not easy to find as the location is quite far away from the busy road with shops . Since I couldn’t find a place to stop so I just drop off the car on the road and went to the reception place for car parking and check in inquiries , sadly , that guy was just told me turn right for the car park and then we can go straight up to the room with the password he provide.. all details was totally “summarize “ …for safe , so I need to walk outside a while and guess where is the parking is as it is not easy to find the gate at night . Finally , I found the parking entrance and parked my car . However , since there is NO Obvious signage for which entrance is for B&B so we went up to the wrong place ( building ) . I was frustrating and went down to that building but sadly it was not the hotel as it was .i had spend quite a time to figure it out that there were 2 buildings link up together with the car parking but still not 100 percent sure I am right so , I finally got my way out from that building and turn around to the reception again . This time I am quite upset for this lazy guy whom don’t provide enough details for us and waste my precious resting time . However , this lazy guy just insists he did give me information but actually not !!! He was totally annoying by me cause I force him to get out and show me the way . Finally , he said bad things to me and I was became crazy smash him with his attitude to the customers as me !!! He said if I don’t clam down then he will call the police and I was not afraid of what he said and I think this is good as I want to show the police how this place terrible and he finally shut his mouth up . Besides , the room condition was below standard, No shower curtain, not enough heating and the room light seems has problem as well . I am glad that just spend one night only here

Stay from December 26th to 27th. Having arrived late at night, I went to breakfast at 10:15 am. The person there asked for my room number and informed me, in front of the other guests, that breakfast ended at 10:00 am. She added that she was making an exception because breakfast had already been paid for, but that I should be content with whatever was left. I pointed out to her that the times posted in the hotel indicate 10:30 am on weekends. When I offered to check the posted times together, her response was so overly familiar and contemptuous that I can't even quote it here, and she refused any further verification or discussion. The problem wasn't the breakfast itself, but the profoundly disrespectful attitude and complete lack of professionalism, especially in front of the other guests. Very disappointed by this experience.
