For group bookings, we would strongly recommend a different hotel chain that is also geared towards group travel. We traveled as a group of 22 people. Changes to the booking were no longer possible, even upon request, four weeks before the departure date (!!!). In the past, we booked with a different hotel chain in Munich, but this year we had to book in Rosenheim. Previously, we were accustomed to having a group service to assist us with booking and room allocation. The location can be described as central (main road on one side, bus station on the other, train station on the third). Those who can sleep with the windows closed won't be disturbed, as they are well soundproofed. However, the air conditioning either didn't work at all or couldn't be set below 19 degrees Celsius. Since some of the participants were minors, we were legally required to have rooms located close to them. We have experienced all of this in the past for less money (!!!). At the B&B HOTEL Rosenheim, we requested this in vain. The group was spread across three floors. We cannot comment on the service, as there was no contact beyond a brief greeting. The rooms were mostly clean. Breakfast was more expensive than we were used to, but not nearly as extensive. Furthermore, the buffet was located in a cupboard next to the reception desk in the hallway, resulting in a queue throughout breakfast, with some of our group having to wait for up to 10 minutes.
